Please be mindful that all bookings for the next day collection, needs to be made by 18:00 the day before. Confirmation of these bookings are schedule permitting. 

Our pick up and delivery hours are as follows: 

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 09:00 | 09:00 – 10:00 | 16:00 – 17:00 | 17:00 – 18:30

Fridays: 08:00 – 09:00 | 09:00 – 10:00 | 12:00 – 14:00

Saturdays: 08:00 – 09:00 | 09:00 – 10:00

Sundays: 09:00 – 10:00

Schedule permitting, we’ll accommodate requests outside of these times.

We handle deliveries in-house.

We’ll come prepared. Bags and trolley where necessary. Our drivers are COVID compliant with a mask and gloves.

All you need to do is have your clothes ready. Our driver will collect your laundry at the time slot you have specified – we will also bring a bag for you to place your loose clothes in should you request it.  Your laundry will be weighed & sorted at our Boston-Laundry office. You’ll receive an invoice via WhatsApp confirming the weight and cost. Your minty clean laundry will be delivered to you once it’s ready.

Anyone at the address can hand over the laundry. If you’re in a complex you can leave it with security or reception. Please let us know when making your booking.

Currently, we offer the collection and delivery service to our customers residing in the following areas; Oakdale, Boston, Loevenstein, Oosterzee, Avondale, De Tijger, Fairfield Estate, Parow North, Parow West, Plattekloof, Welgemoed, Panorama, Plattekloof Glen and Monte Vista.

To provide a free pick up service, we require at minimum order fee of R95

For now, pick up and delivery is free of charge.

Of course you may. We do believe that the online booking order is simpler and faster, though, we do aim for customer convenience. So by all means, use any platform that works best for you.

Please call or WhatsApp us at least an hour before the scheduled time,  and we’ll reschedule at no charge.

You can expect your laundry to be done within 24 hours. Though, schedule permitting, we may accommodate for  same day turnaround requests. 

Please be mindful that ironing and orders 20kg or more, may take up to 48 hours due to volume.

T&Cs – Promos are only valid for domestic clients and does not include blankets. “First order” or “first load” means the first 5kgs.

Commercial rates are negotiated on request.

Absolutely. The safety of our customers as well as our staff are of utmost priority. We take the maximum caution when handling your clothes. Our staff wear protective gear at all times and all surfaces are disinfected throughout the day using a specific antibacterial detergent that kills 99.9% all known bacteria. All laundry bags are sanitised using the antibacterial detergent upon collection and delivery. 

At the moment, we only take online bookings. We will be extending our service to walk-in customers soon. Watch this space! 

Currently, we do not offer a dry cleaning service.
